Paula Jimenez is the agency owner and Insurance Agent at Cresco Insurance with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Before founding Cresco Insurance, Paula held various management positions in sales and service at several insurance agencies both with independent and captive agents. This experience has given her exposure and knowledge in a wide range of insurance products from both the standard and non standard carriers. Paula enjoys spending time with family, friends, her Beagle- Mia, and colleagues. She loves a night games at Wrigley, summer nights out exploring Chicago’s gastronomical world, music concerts or festivals and is passionate about traveling. Currently, Ms. Jimenez overlooks the entire operations of Cresco Insurance Agency.
